Paramount Group of Hotels Launches Meetings & Events Product

Fast expanding four and five star chain, Paramount Group of Hotels, has launched a new Meetings & Events brochure featuring venue options including over 160 adaptable rooms at the company’s 20 hotels throughout the UK.

From productive training sessions and small client appointments to full scale conferences, Paramount offers a comprehensive service to ensure that every event runs smoothly.

Paramount’s central Meetings & Events Desk can advise on suitable venues, availability and rates. In addition, each hotel has a professional Events Team who are on hand to deal with enquiries direct, and the event itself.

Manju Goel, Paramount’s sales & marketing director said: "We recognised that the hotel meetings sector is extremely crowded and competitive. It was therefore essential to create a product that differentiated Paramount from its competitors. Our new Meetings & Events offering has been based on research amongst our corporate customers who identified Location, Quality, Flexibility and Value as their core requirements."

Paramount’s new Meetings & Events product carries a 10-point guarantee which includes:

    1. answering enquiries within two hours
    2. enquiries and arrangements handled by a professional Events Team
    3. a personal welcome by the Events Team, who will also be available for the duration of the event
    4. an immediate assistance call facility in the meeting room to provide direct contact with the Events Team
    5. the organiser and another nominated VIP to receive a room upgrade
    6. on site audio-visual assistance and a technician to be available on request
    7. a prompt message handling service, and security requirements as agreed with the organiser
    8. all meals, coffee and tea breaks served as agreed
    9. a follow up call on the next working day to discuss the success of the event
    10. the hotel’s accounts department dealing immediately with any questions raised regarding invoices

Paramount Group of Hotels works with a number of partner organisations who provide support services for meetings and events. For motivational teambuilding events - either indoor or outdoor, the partner companies are Active Imagination and Eventurous. For help with building the message and content of events, Paramount’s partner is NXO. And for AV assistance, set build and stage management, AVSC is the preferred supplier.
