Scarecrows in all their weird and wonderful guises gather at Exbury Gardens every summer. The annual Exbury Scarecrow Festival is held in remembrance of Worzel Gummidge, the king of all scarecrows - part of the original television series was filmed at the gardens.
Charity stores, trails and other entertainment add to the fun.
